      ■ Wednesday October 23, 2019 I am somewhat disabled and find it difficult to stand 10 minutes or more waiting in line. What might work better perhaps is to take a number and have a seat until your number is called. Hobbling on two canes waiting in line is not fun. Also never before did I ever have to make an appointment for ordering new checks. Kind of ridiculous. But this is what I was told was the new policy. Most people squeeze in a quick stop at a bank for a simple transaction along with the rest of their daily errands. Make an appointment is not very practical for a simple transaction. Robert Berke

The staff there does not know what they are doing. I have frequently been given wrong information. Service has just gotten worse and worse over the years and they have fewer and fewer tellers and always have long lines. Plus they have these thick (presumably bullet proof) walls between customers and tellers which make it very difficult to hear. And you have to speak so loudly that everyone in the bank hears what you are saying.

I’ve been a Bank of America customer for over 5 years. Eric is the most disrespectful person I’ve ever come across which is saying something bc Bank of America employees are usually jerks. I asked to take money out of my account while not having my id or debit card it’s never been an issue at any Bank of America not in SF, San Diego, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Phoenix or any of the other dozens of branches I’ve gone to do this. He also only let me take out $100. i will be calling corporate to verify this is a policy. The only reason I even came to this location was bc I just left the DMV. Also all of the DMV employees were more courteous than him! Eric you need to re-evaluate how you speak to customers bc I’m not the only person to have a negative experience with you.

I give these people a bad review. My grandmother is elderly and I help her with her independence and they are very rude Eric is rude and talks very meanly and another women as well and when I get her name I will make another post as well. They should be helping me help my grandmother but instead they make it very difficult for me to help her. My grandmother has been a member of this bank since the 1960's or 1970's and she is very appalled the way they treat her and her grandson, me. Very bad business. Oh, she is also elderly and they never have a teller for the elderly and always pass her up in line no matter when she gets there, they finish the line before they help her. They help the people that even came after her and just keep her waiting there.

I had a very pleasant experience opening a bank account here - outstanding service and attention to details, thanks to Nancy Hong! Looks like this branch of BoA is being taken care of, and while I were sitting there - lines were moving very quick and the tellers were very polite.

AVOID! I came in to apply for my first ever credit card, one for which I had been "pre-selected." The banking associate I worked with first "forgot" to send in the application I filled out with him; when I called him wondering where my card was three weeks later, he sent me forms for me to apply a second time - but the forms he sent were for a different credit card with a higher interest rate. More shenanigans ensued, forcing me to apply yet again over the phone, which ended up with me being denied for a THIRD credit card that I never wanted and had not intended to apply for. At best, this guy was unbelievably incompetent; at worst, this bank engaged in misleading, predatory behavior. Currently in the process of changing banks - I've never had a good experience with BoA, and after this, I'll never use them again.

Almost impressive how awful service is at this location. Very understaffed (13 people in line with 1 teller), and one banker who is equally unavailable. If you’d like to waste 1/2 of a day for one small thing, this location is your best bet.

BofA messed up, canceled the wrong check. I was charged a fee for the mistake. I was able to get a refund, but was left w/fees on the other end and it was not my mistake! I had to go in again another time due to the online bill pay not working, got very poor customer service and wasted a lot off time for nothing! I need to dump BofA!!!

Yes it's slow, yes it's inherently corporate and non-invested. But Amy is so nice that it's the only one I've gone to in the past ten years (except for extremely isolated instances, and even when I've been to others- don't feel they're better
