  The worse place ever. Low down and dirty with their service pretend like they are the best they are alright to certain people. Would not recommend this place to no one.

  Here at Earl's, they treat you like family from the step in the door. They help make purchasing a car easy and smooth. Make sure to ask for Robin. She is excellent!

  The lady who answered my call and also did my paper work was very nice n helpful. The break everything down begore u sign and drive off. I dont Luke the fact that I have had this car for a week AMD now I have to take it back due to a loud noise its making. Its hard to enjoy a car when u have to worry about what's wrong with it now. I have taken it back once to get other problems fixed. I dont want to keep spending my days off getting something fixed that should've been done before I got the car. I have to turn the music up loud so people can't hear that noise seeing that I do have 30 days tags on the car...I shouldn't have any problems

  Bought from them and thought their service department would be my best shot at getting the car serviced since they bought it and fixed it up. But then it began happening - I'd go in for an oil change then boom a month later something that wasn't dangerous or annoying would happen and you'd go get that fixed, then it was something else. I was on a maintenance ride with them. Fix that - something else would happen. I learned later that they do that - a lot of unnecessary repairs. Towards the end I quit going for the free oil changes and got them at a service station. I might have paid $50 for the oil change, but I saved on average $300 from repairs that were either needed because their mechanics messed something up, or they were just milking money off unnecessary stuff.

  I have never had a car experience quite like this one everybody is so friendly and they truly truly do what they can to help you I would recommend everyone to get a car from Earls if you need one. 5 * for sure

  They Charge way too much for a beat up truck. And plus the extended warranty they charge extra for is a scam. When your vehicle breaks, they don't honor that warranty at all. And they are very rude and unprofessional. Never again.
