  RIP OFF ON LOANS for camera equipment. Offered only $350.00 on a Canon EOS 5Dsr which was in excellent to perfect condition. I only wanted 500.00 as I was picking it back up at end of month because it is not a camera I would sell. I know the "used" value of this camera body alone is $2799.00+ so for the guy behind the cage to offer that was cheat as he was looking on his computer at the same websites I looked at before I went in and giving me a song and dance about it being used.

  Just came from there and tried to sell a photography monolight to them. Outside the store the sign reads "we take anything of value" but apparently that isn't translated to the staff. When I entered in, there was no attempt to say hello or welcome from the 3 staff members inside. They all seemed to be to themselves. The gun rep was to himself, the female was on the phone and saw us but never made an attempt to help to us and the guy who eventually did was quick to dismiss us when he didn't know what it was I had. We were told "we don't take that, we take cameras and power tools, etc...". I was told "maybe I can sell it on Craigslist". I think it's fair to say that I won't be returning here but the one positive out of the whole thing, is the whole process took less than 2 minutes. Apparently speed in dismissing something of value is their specialty as well as the lack of customer service.

  Was a customer for a couple of years and I took my tv in to pawn it was in great shape and the screen was not broken so I went to pick it up and the owner told me he had to throw it out because the screen was broken I was so angry and told him that the worker checked it out right in front of me he acted like I was lieing so he wouldn’t do anything for me so I refuse to go back and never want to deal with them again so I hope karma one day will get them

  Hi Miss Elliott, Unfortunately we do not have any record of a television being thrown out and would love to learn more information about the incident to rectify the situation. Give us a call at (757) 488-0005 I have gotten no response and it’s 6/4/2019 and there is no such case or anyone with this name or tv in our system. This customer or situation does not exist!

  They sold me a theater system for $80 when they got it for $20 then when i wanted to bring it back I have to pay a fee for them to take it back so I called to get a loan on it now to remind you they sold it to me they said I don't think my boss want me to take it NEVER GOING BACK THEY TREAT U LIKE YOUR NOT WELCOMED GO TO LONDON PAWN I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM AT ALL

  We offer a full store credit on defective merch. And 20% restocking fee on any non defective merch. Clearly printed on receipt as well as poster through out the store.

  I purchased a Samsung Laptop for my son for the holidays because I was looking to save a few bucks and to my surprise this thing was brand new and also had a protective over on it. The gentleman Spencer who I believe is the Shop owner told me I could test it out there as long as I wanted to, so I think I spent about 45mins. to an hr. just playing with it to see if it was the real deal. Yep, it was and my boy was the happiest I'd ever seen him on Christmas morning. Thanks Spencer, not only did you make my son's Christmas but you made mine also by saving me hundreds on that laptop. I will come back!!!
