  This establishment is by far the best in the area! I’ve gone to other pawn shop and gold buying establishments and no one is as professional and as clean as them. I’ve left other pawn shops because their prices never beat VA Gold Buyers. Keep up the good work!

  Excellent customer service. My husband was in contact with them and they had the ammo he needed. I drove to get it and they were extremely helpful as well as friendly.

  This was my first time in this store and they were super nice and understood exactly what I wanted. I honestly recommend this store for pawning, buying. They even have lay a way. Hampton roads this is the spot.

  I cleaned out my jewelry box of the broken/kinked, just not my style, gifts from an ex boyfriend, and otherwise no sentimental attachment pieces and was pleased with the offer and overall experience. Prior to my visit, I had read the reviews for this place and others in the area so I didn't bother going anywhere else.

  Fast and extremely fair. They weighed my diamond rather than just go by the certificate and it ended up being more resulting in more money for me. Had been wanting to sell my no longer needed wedding rings for a while but didn’t want to deal with a sleezy pawn shop or sketchy business. These guys run a clean professional shop and have an A+ rating with the BBB.
