  Mrs. Li provided me a lot of helpful advice from the very start as well as at each step all along the way of our home buying process. She was being very candid and straightforward with all the pros and cons with different mortgage options that’s available to us. The rates she provided us was very competitive compared to other mortgage lenders. In addition, she helped us to review the state sponsored mortgage program and confirmed all the fees associated with that program were reasonable even if that’s not one of her own mortgage products.
