  Duncan is THE VERY BEST! He and his team went so far above and beyond our expectations, taking the time to explain and talk us through each step of the home loan process. From E-mail, phone calls, texts, he was never difficult to get ahold of or to communicate with. After getting beat on offers for quite some time, we needed to adjust and fine tune some things in order to be competitive. Duncan rolled with us, made things work, and kept us in the game. As everyone knows, the real estate market in Hawaii is INSANE and without his guidance and help we definitely wouldn't have been able to close on a single family home, where I'm sitting and writing this review from today!   We had the very good fortune to have Duncan Hsia at Infinite Financial recommended to us as a source for real estate financing. He responds quickly to email, text, and telephone messages. He is an excellent communicator. He presented options and told us all of the information needed and also assisted in completing the loan application. When we needed pre-approval letters to go with offers we made, he was right there behind us with letters specific to the offer. He is a supporter. His personal contacts with many island realtors was another asset for us. We cannot thank him and his processor, Denise, enough for the assists provided to get through the paperwork to fund our new home purchase. You will not find better in Hawaii!
