  Jay Miller at Compass was the most knowledgeable and patient loan officer we have ever worked with!   Steven Bui is amazingly responsive. He got back to me with well researched responses to all my questions extremely quickly. I would certainly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an initial mortgage, VA loan, refinance, etc. He was proactively monitoring the market and reached out to me to lock in a historically low rate. Because we were on the front of the refinancing wave, I was able to get to the beginning of the line and beat the backlog of everyone else trying to benefit from the low interest rates. This made for a very smooth closing. I would recommend Steven to anyone and will definitely use him in the future for all of my loan needs.
