  Ryan has been working with me over the last 4-5 years where he first was able to secure a loan for me for my current home. Now, we purchased our second home and Ryan was right there to get the job done. The loan approval process and underwriting was smooth, with no issues.   I have worked with Ryan on multiple loans (Realtor) including my own personal home loan. Recently I called Ryan on a Friday night after work hours with a loan that totally fell apart using a different lender right before closing. Ryan was able to close it in 13 business days for my buyer!!!! He's a Rock Star and hard worker!
