  Collin was so great to work with!! He assisted us first in some credit repair in order to lock in at a better interest rate. He provided us with several options for purchasing and went over the pros and cons for each of them. We were able to find a home and close within 35 days due to his communication and diligence in making sure all required documents were received and processed. I have already referred him to others and will continue to do so!

  Ryan and his staff we're very attentive and worked very hard to have our financing ready in quick amount of time. They were also very willing to break everything down and explain things in details. I would definitely recommend the team to anyone from a first time home buyer, or investor who wants a dependable team.
