  I recently worked with Duke Walker. He showed exemplary professionalism in handling my loan. He was straight forward and very helpful in explaining the process from start to finish. We hit a few snags in the process but in the end, Duke worked very hard to get us to the finish line. From beginning to end, he was informative, extremely thorough and attentive to our financial needs, thus making sure that we were getting the best deal possible. This is our second experience working with Duke and we would highly recommend him and his company to anyone.

  I bought my first home last month, and Duke was instrumental in helping me throughout the process.   My family and I have used Duke and his team when we first bought our house in 2014 and when we refinanced earlier in 2021. Both times, Duke and his team were professional, helpful, and available whenever we had any questions about the process. Made the entire process go extremely smooth. Would recommend to anyone. A+!

  There's a reason why they call Duke the "Duke of D.C." First, his name is Duke. Second, he's really good at his job and makes the process of getting a mortgage less-than-terrible—even as the Fed appears to be trying to bully *you personally* via rising interest rates. On the whole, I'm glad the homebuying process is over at this point. The only downside is that I don't get to panic-text Duke with questions only to have him instantly respond and calm my fears. Normally I have to pay a psychiatrist $250/session for that kind of service.

  Duke was very helpful throughout the buying process. From explaining the process to getting to know my situation to asking plenty of questions to make sure I could afford what I was getting into. They even were able to on a Monday morning lock in rates based on Friday since the dow future was down on Monday. Thanks to that I got a 2.85% interest rate. 10/10 would recommend
