  I’ve been an agent with C21NM since August 2020 but I have been with this office since January 2021. Let me just say the best decision I’ve made! This office is full of support, knowledgeable, and very helpful! Jack is the absolute best! It gives coaching calls and makes time for all agents to help carry out their vision for their business.   Ive been a Realtor for 18 years. Ive worked with 4 of the top Real Estate Brokers not including CENTURY 21 New Millennium.I can say with utmost confidence that hands down C21NM offers the most tools, education and support to its agents than another I have ever worked for. Staff is friendly and professional. Agents are supportive and there is a sense family too. Jack Shoptaw! What can I say about him? He truly cares and wants to see you succeed and will guide you, advise you and celebrate your successes. Honestly I think he is one of the most selfless Broker Bosses I have ever had.   As an agent, it has been great experience to work with team the leader and the office administrator. I also believe that the branch office is providing an excellent service to our real estate clients. The office is conveniently located two blocks from Eastern Market metro train station (Blue, Orange and Silver line).

  I used one of their agents to buy a home and the experience was okay. However, despite the experience, eight years later I continue to receive spam every month from this organization. Having called, emailed, talked to century 21 corporate, and chatted with their web assistant, I find this organization to be complete unresponsive. Even after moving to a new state, they continue to send me spam every month.

  I found the C21NM brand to be one of the most effective in the DMV. My experience with the Cap-Hill Office was beyond expectation considering my experience with overrated brokerages in tne past. Cap-Hill has some of the most efficient and knowledgeable real estate professionals in the market place.
