  I wanted to make sure that I recognize Mr.Andy. I had previously mentioned him in a post earlier this month , I apologize for not mentioning your name. I must say this young man has such a beautiful smile and always is concerned about his customers well-being too. Mr.Andy, is always respectful, compassionate and such a humble person. I really do enjoyed my encounters with him. Especially,our conversation that we have while I am taking care of my business. Mr.Andy, shows professionalism to the upmost and is doing a phenomenal job! Always remember that I really appreciated those conversations and encouraging words .You are important to me as well my friend !! I must say that this location and the Supervisor Mrs.April and staffs are doing a phenomenal job always!! I highly recommend this location for your families and friends. Ms.Hill

  April and another associate showed patience and understanding when helping my boyfriend and I with solutions on how to consolidate student loan debt. She gave us creative options to consider, didn’t rush our decisions, and the patience continued even after the bank closed at 1 (Saturday) and we were still trying to finalize our plans. Each person today was nothing but helpful and we sincerely appreciate it.

  When I originally opend up my account here, most of the staff appeared very friendly. The last few times customer rep William who is often at the front doesn't greet returning customers and appears to have a frown on his face. Hopefully they can work on consistency. The supervisor is always professional and seems really nice.

  This is the most inconvenience of a banking experience I have had since Wells Fargo. This bank has told me through three separate people that I would have a check I deposited Saturday available to me That day and it went from that day to Monday for sure. Today is now Monday and I’m not seeing the money for me to take care of personal matters let alone gas to get to WORK!!. Now they tell me I have to wait tell Wednesday because it’s a new account. I am pissed no customer should ever have to experience this just because they are new the policy needs to be changed and the people should be trained all the same to give out correct information from the people answering phones to the people creating your account. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE for anyone to go through!. I will not be referring anyone I know to this bank.

  Each of my visits have been positive. The branch manager and tellers are always professional and helpful. The service is also quick and efficient.

  They will steal your money at the window then lie when you tell them to look at camera and say they don't face the tellers very shady bank lost one hundred dollars trying to file claim against them now
