  I've done business with Universal Home Mortgage several times. I've checked rates out elsewhere, and Universal has the best interest rates every time. I want to also commend them for making the process smooth. I've used other mortgage companies in the past and they didn't match up. My real estate agent recommended Kayla Whatley to me the first time I bought a home through them, and I've used her ever since. Kayla is the most knowledgeable person I know in her line of work.   Seriously Kayla and her team are the best to work with. We are building a home and they helped up get pre-qualified for our mortgage. Then she went above and beyond helping us make sure we had a good experience with a build loan just to make the process as seamless as possible. My husband is a veteran and she knew the ins and outs of VA loans to make sure we are getting the best home loan possible. Definitely recommend using her to help get you in your dream home.

  I just want to say a very big thank you to Jennifer Brewster! We have been working together for almost 7 months on getting financially ready to buy our first house.
