  It was an excellent experience. Drake knew everything that I needed in my home and the paperwork involved. Hence, I was always prepared and completed all requirements on time. Even before it came to closing and signing on the house, he was very patient in showing me at least ten other houses in Lafayette, LA. He was very considerate and helped me with new offer preparation even though the previous offer was declined. Drake Abshire is a person of character, hard work, knowledge and punctuality. I would recommend him to anyone in need of property purchase/ sale matters. Thank you Drake.

  Drake is the best!! He is very professional and welcoming. He went out of his way to make us feel secure in the purchase of our first home! He was always available to answer any questions we had. All around a great realtor. Would definitely recommend him / use him again in the future!

  Being it our first time buying a home, Drake was able to help our process of buying our home go smoothly. He was able to explain questions we had and also be able to show us what to do and what not to do in buying our first home. It was easy to get in contact with Drake whenever any issues would come up.   Drake provided a 1st class experience for us when we sold our home. Upon our first meeting, he clearly stated what to expect in the selling process and took care of assisting in getting the property ready for sale. Scheduled the photographer, staging, and advertisement. Additionally, when our contractors weren’t able to meet our timeline, he was able to recommend contractors to resolve our challenges! Great Experience!

  Drake treated us like family, he went above and beyond the duties of a realtor, he took the extra mile in making sure that we found the house we needed and he never pressured me into a sale, he was always one step a head in the process and fought tirelessly with the sellers to make sure I got the best deal and then made sure that everyone stayed on track throughout the entire process. Drake is very knowledgeable and professional, he is always willing to help out and even after the sale to make sure your completely set up in your new home. I never had to stress over finding information or guidance for making decisions. I would highly recommend this agent

  Drake Abshire gave us a great experience in buying a home. Honest and trustworthy, and was very experienced in finding the value of each property we were interested in (location and home value) He quickly found every local home in the area that was in our price range, and was able to find our new home quickly and easily for us. The best realtor we could have chosen!!! Will definitely be using him again if we need a reator in the future.
