  They charged a $129 service fee with no warning. It takes forever for charges to go through, it takes days for checks to go through. There's not a single reason to go through such an archaic banking experience. Grow up.

  Best bank in town! I called on several banks and Home Bank took such great care of me. Liz especially went above and beyond to get me in the best hands across all of the branches in town. Above and beyond customer service. BEST banking experience ever. Highly recommend.

  I was sent two letters regarding CD renewals. I could only speak to the machine. I was not able to accomplish anything. When I thought I was about to get the information I wonted , the machine asked for my pen number (what pen #) my pen is alpha with small and capitols, my phone does not have any capitols. Was unable to accomplish anything on the telephone. The letters told me I could call on 9/2/2018.
