  If I could make up 1 word home my home buying experience it would be “Awesomematical” Chris and his team went above and beyond to help my family get in our new home. I would highly recommend contacting him if your in the market. He had me pre-approved in mins first time ever speaking to him. Let’s just say I waited two weeks to even get a email back from others. He was very professional and we were done with everything within 3 weeks. He had the best group of people in his corner at Family First.

  Choose Hannah Guidry! She was quite amazing! She helped us earn our new home today! We are very grateful for her help and fighting spirit! She was quick on getting us to where we needed to be! Based on our situation others turned us down but Hannah knew she could get a yes! She fought hard for us and never gave up! If you want someone who will actually fight for you choose Hannah! She had no problem answering our questions after hours and make sure we were completely clear on everything! She was th3 best and very reliable too. 👏

  Being self-employed has lots of perks, but obtaining a mortgage is not one of them. In our effort to find a lender that would help us finance the home that we wanted at the price we wanted, we were fortunate enough to find Chris at Family First Mortgage. Chris worked tirelessly through every bump in the road that we experienced and stuck with us to the bitter end until we finally got approved for a mortgage on the house that we truly wanted.   Pleasant people to work with. Lender never thought my questions silly. Always available to discuss home loan process, step by step, putting it in layman's terms. Nanoska listened to our desires and Jason was so easy to talk to. Never felt like he wasn't helping me, always willing to ease our minds on buying our home. Thank you, love you all Family First!

  Amazing company. It was a pure “right place at the right time” meeting Jason, when I was about to pull my hair out with other lenders, especially with others not fully understanding Louisiana laws. I felt Jason and Family First Mortgage were working for and with me, vs others working for their banks and financiers first. They stayed in contact with me every step of the way, working efficiently and closing in less time that expected even with the short timeframe I gave them. Even the president of the company stepped in to help finalize when my advisor was unavailable, and even on his holiday checked in on my loan process. We will definitely use this company again for future investments.
