  Justin is an awesome sales guy and has been amazing to work with! He has most definitely gone above and beyond helping me out and finding a good fit for me as well as making sure I’m within my price range and the payments I was seeking out. He remained completely honest and ran numerous numbers for me with multiple vehicles I had interest in. I’ve had an overall great experience with Dorm’s Auto for the past 2.5 years and have been a returning customer since that time. Patrick as well as Jessica, with Atlas Credit Solutions, have been fantastic to work with also. Couldn’t have asked for a better team as a whole to help me get in to another vehicle.

  First time purchasing from Dorm's and the experience was great! We already had a vehicle in mind, and Justin explained all of the known issues, all of which were expected due to the age of the vehicle. Their warranty is very good as well.

  Justin is the best (and has a very easy to remember name)! I had an unfortunate accident outside of Missoula, but luckily I made it to Powell mostly in one piece. My old van did not. 😥 Justin helped me get into something AWD with a high safety rating, and he was very transparent with the pricing. I've never had a good experience at a car dealer until today. Justin is a genuinely good dude, and the Dorm's team at both the dealership and their auto shop were very professional and friendly. I would 100% come back here over any big dealership.

  Bought Tundra 2 years ago, hit a deer and got it fixed . Patrick then found us another Toyota a sequoia. Really thinks he tries hard to take care of his customers and has great knowledge for used vehicles. Really think its hard to be on time every month ,so can be late sometimes, but atlas and dorms really help those like us who have bad credit but need something nice and safe to drive !!! Would recommend Dorms!!!

  We traveled from Montana to look at a Suburban. The pictures that we saw on the internet were not equal to the cosmetic quality of the vehicle. They offered to waive the doc fee if we paid in cash and we had traveled quite a distance to get it so with it being somewhat low mileage and the engine seemingly in good condition, we went for it. That was definitely the wrong choice. The salesman told us they had only had it for a month and a mechanic had looked it over. Come to find out it had been on their lot for A YEAR. As soon as we got home, the check engine light came on. It has given us nothing but trouble since the day we got it. They won't honor the 30 day guarantee since we paid 500 dollars under listed. These guys are total con artists that sell lemons and lie about the accident reports. It's going to cost us WAY more than what it's worth to fix it when we initially paid a more than fair price to begin with. Don't make the same mistake we did!
