  My husband and I have been planning to buy our house for a little over a year. We have been caught up in every day life events, but was able to see Brandon at the beginning of December to get a house loan. Brandon and all the staff at Mortgage Solutions, were able to get us set up beautifully to get our house loan approved. He worked endlessly to get what we needed and kept in contact with us at all times. Brandon was able to explain everything for the house loan so we were knowledgeable about it, as first time home buyers. On Feb, 7th we were able to successfully close on our house. We are so very happy and so blessed to have Brandon and his team apart of this journey. We couldn't be more thankful. Thank you to Brandon and his team for making this experience an amazing one and getting us through this "usually" stressful time.   I believe using Mortgage Solutions Financial Solutions-Powell was the best decision I could have made in my home buying process. Not only was Brandon and staff informative and helpful, knowing this is a local branch, it made me me feel comfortable and safe that I was in good hands and I would not be taken advantage of. I came into the process of buying a home knowing nothing, less than nothing actually. At first, I contacted a different company that I was told was local. After running my credit and letting me know what I pre-qualified for, I received almost no assistance. Literally one sentence answers, did not help my confidence. After finding a home and wanting to put a offer on, it My realtor contacted her to get some paperwork started, took a couple days to get a response, and when she did respond, she said she needed to run my credit again. OK, I may not know much, but I do know a credit rating lowers every time a credit is checked, later found out she was not based in a local office, Wyoming yes, but Jackson Hole and everyone knows Jackson Hole is NOT local. In the couple days I did not hear from that company, my realtor and I agreed to contact Mortgage Solutions Financial in Powell. Brandon responded immediately and from that point on, he answered all my questions, even after hours, and explained so many things that I had never thought of.   My wife and I worked with, Brandon Douglas at Mortgage Solutions in Powell, Wyoming to purchase our first home! From start to finish the whole process took about a month.
