  I have banked here for years and years. Staff is always friendly and very helpful. We recently bought a car, and Michelle went above and beyond to help us with that loan and transaction. She followed up through email, and kept in communication with us.

  Cody Branch: There aren't enough stars ! My only regret is that I wish we had found VFCU sooner. From our first auto loan to the one we have now we were guided through the process by our loan officer Michelle Nielsen. She did a quick calculation on our auto loans from another credit union and saved us money with a lower interest rate. The tellers are friendly, fast and accurate. Jeff is so kind and helps us when Michelle is on vacation. Thanks to everyone at the branch !!!!

  I've been doing business with Valley CU when it was still Cody Educator's FCU and was a little tiny closet like office under a staircase in Cody High School. Always great service !

  We don’t even live in Cody and we choose to bank with Valley Credit Union! The staff helps us whenever we need. They make us aware if something is going on with our accounts/bills. We can call them and be in a first name basis. What friendly people.

  Have been a customer for several years , that by itself tells ya something, they Have the Best customer service I've ever experienced with ANY of the financial institutions have Ever dealt with over the years. Great friendly staff! If there has ever been a problem they are the quickest that I've experienced & they don't leave ya hanging, it's most always been taken care of that Very day, if not (which is very rare) you definitely know what's going on n know it's being revolved!...Don't believe that? Go check it out yourselves. I'm sure o no won't be disappointed!!! Signed , A VERY Happy returning customer. P.S. I believe it's been well over 10 yrs I've been doing business with them & Jeff & Michelle( loan officers) have ALWAYS been professional & pleasant , Anna n the girls ( bank tellers) have again ALWAYS been very pleasant professionals. Like I said give them a try n I believe you'll be as pleased as I have been over the yrs.❤👍
