Nagendra Chaudhary1I made an appointment at wednesday for 11 am for Friday as I was free so that I dont miss my class but the customers service is so bad. They just wasted my time for 30 minutes and I have to miss my class. That was the free time I had but unfortunately I couldn't make it though I had done an appointment earlier about a day ago.

Melanie Smiles1Very disrespectful the Manager I guess she was didn't identify herself.just told me my funds were still pending and I couldn't get anything from them but go to the ATM. I waited in that line over 20 minutes and felt totally disrespected I been with this bank over 10 years I have direct deposits that have been going into that account just as long ..I am really thinking of changing my deposit and close the account and bank some where else

MD EMRUL EMRAN1Slow people, even you make an appointment you have to wait for an indefinite period of time to be called. Sugarcoated reluctance expressed, less courteous - no thanks or please! They cancelled my appointment while I was here in-person and made sure of my appointment with an associate. I asked the associate why. She said she has no answer Then, who knows?. Wish I could get an answer on this.

BISMI ILLAH1I went inside for cashier's check and I was helped by a teller named Leslie. She was either tired or didn't want to be there. Zero customer service. Leslie didn't even bother to greet me. She had attitude the whole time she was helping me. When asked to withdraw from a different account, she tried to give me more attitude and tried to be smart . This is my regular bank that I go to and typically the tellers at least are friendly. But Leslie wasn't feeling it today.

K M1I came to this branch to get one document notarized and they only have 2 notaries. With that said, one of the notaries was quite a chatty cathy and bullshted with a customer in spanish for 45 minutes! Why dont they have all personal bankers trained in being a notary and on top of that bullsht for 45 minutes about nonsense when theres a line of people waiting? To top it off, I missed my next appointment because the employee with the list lied and said that it would only take “10-15 minutes” until the next personal banker would be available. If they told me that it would be an hour or more, I would have just went to another, more competent bank! What a sham! if i could give negative value stars i would.

I saw bank is unfilled and scarcely 2 clients, I was upbeat reasoning I don't need to stand by long time.The agent advised me to sit tight for 20 min, I sat tight for over 55 minutes then the woman appeared, she instructed me to sit tight for an additional 20 moment. well in the event that you said in 20 min why you don't satisfy your guarantee. after all I am your client since 2005. On the off chance that you said It will take 50 brief I will organize something different. Frightful assistance, and they don't state Please or Thank You.
