Worst banking experience ever! ATM kept my card on a Saturday night! So on Monday I told Monica that I would come pick up my card that they found in the ATM on Wednesday. I get up there and Staff told me they shredded my card and I have to now wait for a new one! So I took some cash out since I have no card!!!!Now I have over draft fees because a payment was still pulled from my debit card after they told me it was shredded!!!!! Jasmine in Customer service was not helpful at all, she was very rude!! Why would I get charged all these fees!! Why not take the money out my savings!!! Money is there!!They just don’t care they just want u to pay the fees. It’s way better banks then them, do not bank with Dollar!
