      So I went into this dollar Bank today. I was double charged for a transaction. So I went in to talk to a personal banker. Right off the jump her attitude was like I was bothering her. (Leanna Stark).Your job is to answer my questions to the best the of your ability. Not to act like I’m bothering you but I notice they be super friendly to the white folks walking through the door. Yes I went there. All ethnicity come in your establishment and do business with you. I’m not rich but the money I do get up and go to work for I put into your bank!!!

      Kevin at Dollar Bank is very informative and helpful. We made some mistakes on our account and acquired fees but Kevin took care of us by voiding fees and went above and beyond our expectations!

      Fees. Maybe it was disclosed in the paperwork, but I didn't think of that when I opened savings accounts for my young children and their Christmas and birthday gifts of money. Well, it's all gone due to fees because the little ones didn't make monthly deposits. They're children! What kind of bank would not want to just hold on to money?
