  PLEASE NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!They sold us a vehicle in very bad condition which we realized later, we’re stuck with this so called vehicle and when we wen to them , they were very rude. We actually found there like 4 people complaining and what’s even amusing is as we we’re leaving there premises, a man from a far was like, “please don’t buy a vehicle from them but too bad we had already purchased some one and lastly they’re very rude too 😏😏😏😏

  Sold me a car full of WEED!!!! and yes im serious and have photo evidence. Lied to me about what they would fix on the car before i was handed the keys. The car had so many issues in the 1st week i couldnt even drive it. They over charge for vehicles that need more work on them than what the car is even worth.

  Love this company, I am working on improving my credit and they have helped me a ton. The first day I went into the office, an extremely helpful staff member named Nicole assisted me. She was able to help me, and she did it with kindness and the utmost professionalism. Now her and I speak like we have known each other forever, each time I call to make a payment. They are trustworthy, kind, professional, and most importantly...always there to help!

  Terrible service! Sold us a car that had problems from the minute we bought it, receptionist is condescending and rude. Made smark remarks to my husband while she was on speaker phone with me sitting there listening, then tried to deny it when she realized she got caught. Took our car in the middle of the night. It had a carseat and a lot of important documents as well as items from passed on family members. Horrible communication on their part! The whole establishment is shady! BUY ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!

  The receptionist RICHARD is Horrible and rude. I recently turned my car in due to life circumstances during the pandemic and unable to afford it anymore, but got a text about my account past due. So I called and asked for manager Tonia (She's great by the way) but she was busy. So I told the receptionist Richard why I was calling to tell her for when she calls back; but then he proceeds to get smart-alec telling me well they are going to text and do this and that. I told him well they shouldn't be texting me because I didnt agree to it for this number (a new number); and then he hangs up because I started fussing back at him (in which he initiated it). I call back and no manager is still available and Richard picks up and plays victim saying he hung up because I raised my voice....if you cant deal with raised voices then 1) dont Initiate a heated talk by being condescending or smart-alec; and 2) you dont need to deal with customers period! Especially when you dont know past discussion the customer had with management. With the exception of Tonia, this company is full of unprofessional, harrassing, and smart-alec staff from the front desk receptionist to the accounts managers, and up. If I could give zero stars I would

  These people took my truc from me over 283$ that was getting paid Friday now they want us to pay 800$ for a repo they did on their own stay away from this car lot there scammers and will take your car over any late fee

  3rd vehicle purchased from them never any major issue with any of them an 07 focus was great then 04 f150 with 78000 miles and now a 10 enclave always great service an down to earth service still waiting on that 4 door wrangler or that lifted 4 wheel drive truck tho
