      I have been going there for almost six years to get quarters for my wash. I don't have an account with them. I go up to the counter to a black man teller with a beard . I asked him for forty dollars in quarters. He stated to me that he didn't want to wait on me told me maybe white teller could if she wanted to. He implied to me that because I was white they refused to wait on me if that's how he feels then he doesn't need to be working ther

      They are rude & seem to get rid of their good employees to replace with bad ones. You will sit in line behind one vehicle for up to 30 minutes. They don't tell you information of new charges. They just appear. I've been at this branch for 10 years & 5/3 bank for 30 years. Multiple accounts, but they can't give a small loan to me. I'm taking my business elsewhere. Done with their bullshit. This branch is absolutely the worse bank I've been in!

      Every time I go in there the tellers are ALWAYS super friendly greeting you as soon as you walk into the door. They are fast and efficient throughout and just always so nice. I've been to other branches and prefer going to this one!

      Went to this location to make a deposit. They gave me a $10 bill that I tried to use later at store. The store said it was a fake bill an kept it. Went back to 5th 3rd the next morning because they were closed. Manager said it wasn't fake it was an old bill(1950). They couldn't help me bcuz I didn't have said $10 bill in hand. So I was out $10. What the helll. The store is helping me more than my OWN bank. So sad

      I love to go to this bank ,all the tillers are fantastic, friendly helpful welcoming smiling and more. If I wait at the drive through for long time it’s only because the customer in front of me is not ready or has more than one transaction, Job well done,

      Great tellers. The lady in the office Cheryl white was rude. I guess I was interrupting her doing nothing when I walked in wanting to open up a savings account. Will NOT be back! Will not recommend to anyone.

      Horrible service. I've been in the drive thru for 25 minutes behind 1 person!!! Now I'm blocked in and can't pull out to go inside to make my transactions. I've got a strick time frame to make bank deposits. Also it's a Friday and there is only 1 drive thru open out of 4 lanes.... Come on really!!!!!!!!!! Unacceptable.

      They provide information AFTER completing a transaction you may have changed your mind about. Assuming that everyone knows how processes work or that they've been banking there for an extended period of time to KNOW how 5/3 transactions take place, is stupid.
