  David and his team at Benchmark did a phenomenal job. They take care of all the details on the front end so you are not caught off guard with anything. My file and circumstances were closely examined to make sure we took the right steps toward closing my loan. Communication was also excellent I lost count of how many after hour calls that we had. I will definitely use David and Benchmark again in the future. They are hands down the best!!!

  I worked with David Meek when I was in the process of buying my first home. Being a veteran with a high school diploma, I had no idea what buying a house meant. David sat down with me and answered all my questions. A normal 30min consultation took us about 2 hours. I had questions about the entire process, what each number meant and where it came from, and what I needed to do to get from renting an apartment to owning a home. David explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood what he was saying. I picked David's brain to the point where he would say "This part doesn't really involve the buyer but I will explain it if you want me to" and that's how I turned a 30min consultation into a 2 hour consultation. Sorry David! David was quick and responsive at all hours of the day and walked me through each step as we went through the home buying process. I gave David some hurdles during the process but he cleared them all just fine. He was dedicated to getting me to closing day. And even after closing day, David has remained in contact to check up with me. He was a great partner in this adventure and I have recommended him to everyone that has an ear. I look forward to working with him again in the future. VETERANS- don't waste 6 months with a veteran promoted mortgage company like I did. I learned more with David in the first consultation than I did working with that other company in 6 months. We are accustomed to a lack of communication and information, but David is the exact opposite. He will answer all your questions and explain things you may have not thought about. You will have zero regrets reaching out to him.
