  Simply awful! I got an appointment for 9 am, it’s 9:33 and i am still waiting for the service! Update: after 45 minutes, he said you should 30 more minutes and he didn’t even apologize for that!

  ZERO Stars the ATM ate my car I asked why they could not give me any reason they were not gave me my car back even though they could open the ATM and the employees were rude and uneducated about certain questions can I have the answers all my questions. This branch has made me consider switching banks and I would never go back to this branch again!!!

  Twice I have been in here to get my account number/Routing number, so I can do E-checks. Twice they have written it down wrong. Twice I have been hit with fees because I believe I had made a payment, when it was wrong due to having the wrong account number and routing number. Don't write it down, just print it it out. You bank employees have cost me in fees. You have to wait like five minutes while their metal scanner is pissed at you for bringing your keys inside. awful.

  The management team at this location, deplorable. The ATM malfunctioned during a transaction and in the process I lost money. Instead of helping me solve the problem the staff gave me false information and numbers to other branches. A week later I am still getting vague responses, redirected to different departments, and my problem has not been solved. I will be using credit unions exclusively once this is resolved.

  For 45 minutes I’m unable to reach the branch. Tried the direct line and kept being transfer around. They need to be 4/5 better and fix the phone systems.

  I love that they're open till 5:00. I love the security they have and the people are really nice.

  This branch is horrible all they want is your direct deposit so they can take your money should be illegal
