  I have always had great service here. There have been times where I accidentally overdrafted and it automatically transferred the money from my savings account and they waived the fee. I've had multiple used vehicle loans through them and the interest rate is always below 4 percent. Free checks with the advantage checking account, and buzzpoint rewards that earn me probably an extra $75 a year to spend at local places. No complaints!

  I will be closing my checking and savings account. Applied for a payday loan, paid extra for it to be deposited within 24 hours, they didnt release my funds until 5 days later. The whole reason of getting a loan is because you need money immediately, not 5 days later. Worst bank ever. It is the responsibilities of the bank, my money was deposited the next day, I called the bank, and was told my money was there it just had not been released. Again the whole point of the payday loan is to have money available right then. I was told by a bank employee that this is not the case, that there is no guarantee that my funds will be available the day I need them.

  this is the worse credit union ever do not bank with them they deposited my check then put a hold on it and told me it would be available in 4 days not happy but said ok went back 4 days later and they put another hold on it for 10 days!!!! i cant get my own money out and all my bills are going to be late beware do not bank here

  I have been working with directions credit union for over 20 years. The employees are always pleasant and very helpful! They have stayed till the last minute to help me resolve issues. I will continue banking here for years to come.

  Be ok if the lady at the drive thru could follow directions. Now my debit card is all messed up due to her not following my request.

  I transferred my checking and savings accounts here and never looked back. Update: Withdrew my money from both accounts because I moved.

  I myself felt very disrespected when i went there today. I was told by a sister company I could set up loan payments and the banker lady was extremely rude and unpleasant.

  GREAT PLACE TO BANK MEGAN HELPED ME OUT IN GETTING MY ACCOUNTS SET UP.I WAS GLAD THAT I SWITCHED BANKS WHEN I DID.
