  We worked with Joey on our mortgage refinance and he was great - he was always available by phone, text or email and responded quickly. Once we uploaded the documents they requested we were told pretty quickly that we were approved and the whole process took only about a month. We were extremely pleased with the timeline as we just wanted a quick refinance to get rid of the PMI payment we had on our FHA loan. We were able to do that and save a little money on interest as well, so we were very happy!

  We have consolidated and refinanced with Martin at DG Funding several times in the past two years. Each time the process was smooth, quick and transparent and we saved a lot of money each time.   My husband and I had such an incredibly positive experience with DG Funding. We worked directly with their loan officer Billy Woodson while trying to qualify for a home loan. At the end of the day it didn’t work out for us (yet), but Billy truly went SO far above and beyond looking down every single possible avenue to help us out. He took the time to give us tips on where and what we can improve with the biggest impact to our eligibility, he went through individual trade lines in our credit report to play with our file to see where things can be fixed/enhanced! Billy answered all of our questions with expert knowledge and (thankfully) immeasurable kindness and patience.
