  Normally I will give the place 5 stars because the people that worked at the great job cashing my check and dealing with paperwork with paperwork for my vehicles. But today I had an issue with the currency exchange. I went there to get a copy of my birth certificate Earth certificate and they did not accept an idea that the Secretary of State says it's current the place has horrible customer service purple customer service I would avoid it

  Since i began frequenting this Western Union for money services, they have been the most respectful, customer friendly and very welcoming. I've never had any issues sending money unlike the Western Union located on Lawrence avenue near the brown line, really bad customer service and they want to control the individual when sending money.

  Candy was amazing. Great service and helped me transfer my car title over to my mom. Highly recommend!

  Went in here tonight to ask about temporary plates.... the first girl Kayla Didn’t greet and just looked at me said next... I had to let her know what I needed... Immediately they asked me why I needed the plates. I stated I just got the car. Kayla then asked laura to look at the title.. Laura took over the transaction and said well this isn’t signed correctly. The signature she was looking at was when the car was first purchased I said not a problem the previous owner is a relative in the car. She then started to give attitude talking loud and hostile tone like how much did you pay for this vehicle and who gave you the vehicle. I asked her if she can please talk to me with a better tone and Kayla said very rudely and loud oh I’m not doing it for her! That was very unprofessional. If you need any assistance with a currency exchange. Go to the one on Touhy and California you will not be disappointed. Ask for Red or Floyd! They greet you and are very VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!!!

  Went in at 7 pm expecting long lines as this store is in a busy corner of the city. Surprised to find no line and was out in few minutes getting my job done. This store is open 24/7 so that's a big plus. Have been to this store few times in the past and didn't face any issues. I will be definitely using this store more often.

  Pros: 24/7 and on western Cons: Disgusting wait time. There are always 3 employees behind the counter, but only one is ever helping customers. Even with a line out the door, they don't open up to control the rush.

  The worst customer service you will ever see. Don't ever go to this one, if there was an option for 0 stars I'd give it in a heartbeat. The lady wearing glasses needs to be fired.

  Love that indian beautiful girl. Shes been working for looooong time, and the white guy with fast hand is fantastic too
