  This is THE worst experience I’ve ever had at a loan place. I set up an appointment that was at the closest location to my house…mind you it’s a solid 40 minutes away. Called to make sure everything was good before I drove down there. 2 people told me I was good to go. Got to this little sketch hole in the wall place with what looked like a homemade sign on the wall, old and stinky room is about the gyst of it. Anyway, the one guy that was working in what looked like an abandoned office space, looked super annoyed I was there. He Didn’t know anything about my appointment and proceeded to tell me that I needed to fill out forms that I had already done. After being told on the phone that I was for sure approved,m and it would be a waste to drive there, the guy at the office told me that it wasn’t guaranteed and that I have to be approved there too. Ummm… nope! Adios to the best walk out I’ve ever had. Horrible experience and big liars! Do I mention they are LIARS! Steer clear of this place in Orem

  At hard times desert rock capital will work with you , Danny is the most amazing person who understands and works with you .. was late on a few payments and worked with me. Danny is the BEST! Highly recommend

  I have had 4 loans now with Desert Rock Capital in Orem. They are easy to work with. Never had any trouble qualifying because they really do try to get you approved. Savannah even calls me to check how I'm doing and gives me a reminder when payment is due. She treats me like a real human being, not another number. Thanks for your help, Very satisfied customer.   The people that work here are very helpful in explaining the process. I've never had a bad experience yet. If I need them again, I'll be sure to come back our recommend them to friends and family

  It was really nice and quick when they processed my loan. And the people there are very nice as well. I would recommend them to anyone. And I will be a repeat customer for sure.
