  A coworker referred us to Holly Young, and now we're going to refer everyone we know who's looking for a house to her! She is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and just delightful to work with. She really listens and really cares about getting you the right home for your needs. She was always on time and followed up on every single one of our first-time homebuyer questions. If I ever have to buy another house, I will be going right back to Holly!

  Laura was so amazing to work with as she helped us navigate our first property we sold as a business. She was very thorough in gathering information for us when we were listing, for comparing other properties, and she was always quick to report back whenever we had questions through out the sale. She was a nice grounding rock too when some of the banking took longer than expected, and helped soothe us when things were confusing. I would highly recommend her as an agent. She will make you feel confidant that you are making the right decisions and you will feel at ease that you have a thoughtful guide in the process.

  It was an absolute pleasure working with Laura Dziura, who helped us find our new home in Easthampton, MA.   Holly is an incredible realtor: she's market savvy, thoughtful, and client-focused. While I know she was working with other clients, it never felt that way. In this market, having someone with deep industry and market knowledge is invaluable.   I can't say enough about Ellen Bartos and her company, Delap Real Estate -- they really know the local market. She worked with us reliably and consistently to sell our house, in a market in which there was not much demand. In the end, though, through her skills and experience, Ellen found buyers and closed the deal for us. I recommend Ellen very highly indeed, and without reservation, to anyone who wants a trustworthy and honorable ally in the purchase and sale of property, in the Pioneer Valley.   Just bought my first house a month ago with Laura and couldn't be happier. I was very green going into the process and Laura helped guide me through and steer me clear of the trappings and stupid, hastily made decisions. I couldn't be happier with my new home, one that took no time to actually feel like home.   Lisa Palumbo of Delap Real Estate was helpful from the very beginning of the process. When I was considering selling my condo, she advised me to make a number of key cosmetic changes that updated the appearance of the condo. She strategized with me as to the best time to put it on the market. Lisa prepared a list of all the improvements I had made over 10 years and had that available at the open house for all the potential buyers. She answered everyone's questions and conveyed a sense of excitement about the property. The condo was priced perfectly and we got four bids over the asking price. She handled the negotiations, inspection, appraisal and all closing details with expertise. Lisa knows the real estate business and is a pleasure to work with. I have recommended her to several people who were looking for a realtor and they have also been satisfied and happy with her services.
