  Worst bank I have dealt with! Obnoxious, incompetent employees, terrible customer service and always unnecessarily inconvenient. Always. I paid off my MassSave heat loan with an incompetent video teller with which I was forced to deal because the people at the bank insisted that they couldn't handle it in person. Didn't get the receipt I asked for and customer service on the phone refused to help me confirm the balance was paid. Just the final interaction in a long string of absolitely terrible service. I'M GLAD TO BE DONE WITH THEM!

  This is an excellent credit union! Definitely worth your time and I enjoyed working with Tricia who was really enjoyable to work with on a solar loan.

  A friend uses the video tellers here and they speak highly of the service. Everytime I go with, the servcie is prompt and professional. The use of technology to help folks bank remotely is a really great concept. The bank is on Route 5, also known as King Street, in Northampton across the street from Stop and Shop, in front of Walgreens and next to the Speedway station and the Potpourri Plaza. Ample parking, handicap location, and cool architecture.

  Never had a bad experience here , in fact I go out of my way to tell people how great my bank is and how much I really love it . I deal with this branch for all of my needs and have never been disappointed with service or anything else for that matter . After reading a few of the negative reviews I think they were made in spite because they seem very out of character for the place I’ve been dealing with for 7 years now . Keep up the good work everyone!

  The service at this bank is terrible. Even if you are the only customer there they will make you wait to be helped, even if there are two tellers available. They are also very rude about looking up your account, whether you have your member number or would like to find it via your last name. They are especially rude to my husband every time he comes in to use their services even though we have a joint account. Horrible service, all around. The last time I was there was to sign for a credit card, which I still have not received after two weeks worth of business days, and to even sign for it I was made to wait over an hour while all of the bank workers ignored me. They were complaining, after making me wait for so long that now it was after close, which it would not have been had they helped me when I first arrived, well before closing time. The tellers are rude and appear somewhat lazy and I do not appreciate being made to wait so long for something so simple. This on top of the fact that they give me a hard time about finding my account every single time I go there. This could be a nice bank with useful services if only they had better customer service skills. I am very unhappy with the service both I and my husband have reicieved. And I would appreciate not being called about this review by the bank, as it is unnecessary.

  Everyone at UMassFive is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and you always leave knowing they have your best interest at heart. I am proud of bank at UMassFive because I am certain that this is banking with compassion and local prioritization. They truly care about the well-being of the Pioneer Valley!

  Noho location has had some long wait times, maybe I was just unlucky! Silly parking lot. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Love the Hadley location. Better parking lot, bigger inside, friendly.
