  Good refinance experience. Went very smoothly. No surprises. Tyler Croft and Katie Hawley did a good job with communication. The notary who came to sign our loan documents was nice too.

  Maureen Walker with Desert Financial Credit Union and Define Mortgage has helped my husband and I to refinance our home. We are excited to start our home improvements.   Define mortgage was great to work with. Everything was explained and the system used for uploading documents was way easy. We had started a re-fi with a large bank and quit half way through since the servicer and system were so un-user friendly. We should have just used Define to start with!

  Was working to get a home loan through the assistance from Yoris Flores and had the worst experience ever. I have done business with Desert Financial before and never had issues like this. I actually had applied and approved over a year ago with Define by Julio Lopez and was able to get an approval letter quickly. In this case, Yoris gave me the impression that I was not a priority. Even after running my credit, which was in the 800’s, and providing documentation for the last 2 years of employment, I was denied due to unable to show the last pay stub of a company I stopped working for over a year ago. I did provide a W-2 but that wasn’t enough?!? What really bothers me the most is that the experiences I had in the past with both desert financial and Julio were superb since they made sure to follow up and showed they wanted my business. In this case however, no one was following up with me. I was the one reaching out by calling and leaving voicemails when Yoris never answered. I leave this review here so this company is aware how potential clients are treated and should retrain their loan officers to be attentive, have urgency, and willing to go above and beyond like Julio Lopez did for me back in March of 2020.

  Maureen Walker Define Mortgage Solutions, LLC, Sr. Mortgage Loan Officer –Team Lead was FANTASTIC. I can’t thank her enough for everything she did to make sure my home buying process was as painless and timely as possible. She was there at every turn, there to answer every question I had. This was my first home purchase and as a newbie I was (hopefully understandably) confused by all the jargon and lingo and numerous forms to complete. Even though so many of my questions should be common knowledge for most people, she never made me feel silly for asking. She always made sure I made every deadline. She called and texted me when important things needed my attention. I really appreciated her being there for me well beyond what i would consider normal for a financial company. Prior to her I had tried to use a different loan officer. Even getting an email or a call back from them was like pulling teeth. I can’t recommend Maureen highly enough. This lady deserves a raise!   I recently got a mortgage through you Define Mortgage Solutions, Jeremy Sullivan was my loan officer for it. He gave me one of my top 5 best customer service of my life! Out of all businesses. He went above and beyond for me. Always return my calls/text/emails if I missed him. Stayed on top of my loan WAY better than the processor did for my loan. She wasn’t close to Jeremy’s level. He explained everything I had a question to and if he didn’t know, he wouldn’t give me no BS. He told me he’ll find out for me and get back to me and sure enough man of his word he got back to me. I respect that a lot. I know it’s busy for you guys and I’m busy as well because I work for Wells Fargo mortgage. For him to do what he did for me in a busy time like this was nothing short from amazing! Last but most importantly, my man Jeremy needs a raise 😁… naw, for real.

  Tyler Croft did an amazing job assisting me with my home buying process and did a thorough job at helping my girlfriend and I in understanding our new loan. Even when we had to ask questions twice he was very patient with us. I will definitely be referring his services to family and friends!
