  The branch staff are great and the location is convenient to the Loop 202 entrance. The branch has also recently completed interior and exterior upgrades that include new carpeting, bathroom remodels and work stations that are created to be more functional for all customer services . This branch is committed to quality service and care. The direct communication and support provided by staff convinced me to open a personal savings and checking account with them.

  I love the feel and experience of a small bank. These guys are very personable and relationships orientated. I shopped several lenders for a recent mortgage and they had the best fees and offered the lowest rates.

  Beau was very helpful, and they got me setup with a bank account quickly. I am excited to bank through them and find the online banking and app banking to be extremely user friendly.

  So I tried to change my automatic payment for my truck and I called to have it delete it since I have a new account, they told me the only way they can do it is to charge me 30.00 dollars just to click a button that says delete. What a bunch of crooks. I guarantee you I will never deal with this institution and I will never recommend anybody to bank with them.

  Very unprofessional company. They had failed to mention I need to change my auto pay date when I called in to change my due date on my loan. How does this make any sense? Now, I have to deal with the overages I wasn’t prepared for. This credit union is a joke and need to train their employees more thoroughly. Very disappointed.

  Terrible business! Gave me false information regarding a loan on a vehicle that messed up a vehicle sale and title. The tellers are extremely rude and the manager is even worse! On top of that they are all stupid and don't know there own policies and continue to act like they are correct. They debited my account twice in error and blamed it on me! I'll be taking this to the BBB!

  Extremely friendly employees that are always keeping what's best for their members in mind. They go above and beyond what is expected. I'm looking forward to interacting more with them! Definitely a credit union and a location that I would recommend!

  This bank was very helpful when I needed to fax bank statements to dispute a credit issue with my student loans. The bank app is also very good - makes banking super easy to make online payments or transfer money between accounts.

  Best Truwest branch. I drive past two other Truwest branches to get to this one. The tellers are warm and always welcome me with smiles. Christopher is a definite favorite. Donna and Beau are wonderfully helpful. In fact, today, Beau patiently helped me navigate my phone and apps. I am not technologically blessed. I think he helped me for 45 minutes. Who does that?? No "bank" that I know of.
