  Debbie is awesome. As a small business owner-I understand that dealing with schedule C's and business income-what is a business expense vs personal expense-is a bit more work and a bit more complex than qualifying a straight W-2 client for a loan. Debbie really knows what she is doing-provides different options-and gives very detailed and specific feedback on what can be done-when there is an issue in an application. I HIGHLY recommend Debbie-I would give her 100 stars if I could.

  Our family had heard about Debbie through a mutual friend and we used her as our lender for our recent financing for our new home purchase. We were beyond impressed with her professionalism, commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and extremely quick and timely results! Above all of this, we felt cared for as human beings and not simply another “business client“. She is extremely courteous and we have already wholeheartedly referred her to other family and friends. We will never use another lender and highly recommend Debbie!!!

  Applying for a home loan can be intimidating but Debbie made this process such a smooth one! She was always available to answer any questions we had, big or small. She was quick with her responses and very thorough in her explanations. As first time buyers, we were very grateful to have worked with her!

  I have worked with Debbie since 2004, and she has been a wonderful lender to work with. She has also helped my husband and I with our refi's and home purchases. She is always professional and courteous, and available to help when you need it.   Mrs. Logan was very helpful and walked me through every step to make sure I understood everything. Mrs. Logan also provided me with information of my mortgage that best suited my needs. She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I would recommend her to family and friends!
