  Bri and her team did a wonderful job responding quickly to help me get through the process. This was my first time buying a home and they did a terrific job helping me understand each step. Thank you Bri and Fairway for helping make my dream come true. I chose Fairway because Bri’s family had a positive influence directly in my life growing up, especially my teenage years.   Bri is WONDERFUL!!!! We are relocating to the area and were looking to rent because we didn't think we could get approved for a home loan given my fiance was starting a new job. After speaking to someone in real estate, we were directed to Bri just to get her feedback on the what our chances of buying would be. (We really wanted to buy and not rent, we just didn't think we would be approved) She was extremely helpful and informative and was not pushy at all. Long story short, she got us pre-approved within 24 hours and we closed on our first home two months later! Bri always answered my calls no matter what time it was. She always went above and beyond and took her time to break things down for us as first-time buyers. She exudes positivity and you can tell she really enjoys helping people. Everyone at Fairway Independent that we had is absolutely amazing! They really care about their customers and it shows. 1000/10 recommend!

  I work with a lot of lenders on behalf of home buyers so it's a whole different aspect when I am the client. Bri and her team at Fairway Mortgage did a great job on our refi. We achieved our objective and in a very timely manner. Of course, we had our documents prior to every talking to her. As a first time homeowner there is a lot to do and keep up with but I was relieved to get frequent emails from Bri or her team keeping me updating on the status of my application, and they were so communicative when documentation or information was required.   Bri and her team were outstanding! This was the smoothest refinance I have ever done . From initial application to closing in 2 weeks and a couple days they always communicated and kept everything easy to do. Everything they needed could be uploaded , I did it off my IPhone . My how things have changed! Bri thank you and your team for everything y’all are great!!!

  Being in real estate and a former Apache Pilot I know how important communication is and realizing you are working with people. Bri does that and more! She does not just take a clients information and files it as a number, she treats each and every client as a person, family and friend. She understands that this is probably if not the biggest financial decision a client may have and ensures that she does not just put you in a pile of other files. She becomes personally invested in every person’s success to home ownership. From an agent’s perspective, I can say that I consider her part of my time, that is just the way she makes you feel. I am never concerned when she is working with my clients and anticipates the next step, not reactive. If you want a Loan Officer that will become part of your family during the exciting process of home ownership, she is your go to with out a doubt!
