  Dave handled our loan on the house we purchased in Queen Creek, AZ. It was the easiest transaction we have ever had. We have bought and sold many houses in our many years of marriage. He put our loan through on time but also watched the transaction on the sale of our home, which was a great help. We would highly recommend Dave, he’ll get it done for you!!!

  Dave is a "proactive" Lender. The word "proactive" in "Lending" on this island DO NOT mix well. Dave went above and beyond to help our first time home buyers into their new home. He's a good guy and I enjoyed his constant updates on the loan process, something I really wish more lenders did. Nice work Dave!

  Dave worked with my wife and I in lake Havasu City AZ. Our VA loan was a challenge, due to some credit issues. Dave worked tirelessly to get us into our New home, we started working with him 6 months prior and he conquered one challenge after another.   We bought a house from the bank and had all kinds of issue's with them. And we we in escrow for almost 5 months. If it wasn't for Dave it could have taken a lot longer. Dave was tenacious about getting the bank to do their part with closing on this house. He was very thorough getting the documents from us and making sure every thing was right on our part as well, while always keeping me informed about where we were at with the process. Thank You, Dave!

  For anyone that wants a mortgage professional, look no further than Dave Cotner. From the moment he answers your first call to the final day of closing he is truly working for his customer. During my Real Estate career, which extended to many years, I have worked with other mortgage brokers and none can compare with the total care Dave gives. One of my most profound experiences was working with Dave and my out of town buyer. Dave gave up his Christmas Eve getting the buyer pre-qualified so he could submit an offer on a house. That is very unusual in the real estate mortgage field. The result of his Christmas Eve work night, the buyer was able to submit his offer, have it accepted and closed right on time!!! This is only one example of his dedication for getting mortgages for buyer’s. IT JUST DOES NOT GET BETTER THAN THIS.
