  Danielle broke our trust. After completing our sons first home purchase Danielle was our one and only choice to process our mortgage loan. We had already talked few months before of our situation. We live in a rent to own home, we have fair credit, we lost our house to a short sale due to market value loss from 2009 and have custody of our grandson because of our daughters illness. After going over all of our figures Danielle assured us we would have no problems getting a loan. She pushed for a VA loan which we voiced our concerns about as we didn’t have full entitlement after our short sale. We processed all of our documents with Danielle and Karen, waited to have underwriter look over our package. Danielle then text we‘ve been approved for a VA loan, I questioned again you sure?? Danielle assured us and told us to proceed with a Purchase and Sales agreement. Keeping in mind we live in the house we're buying we tell our landlord we are ready to purchase. Due to title 5 the septic didn’t pass so owner/landlord pays over $7000 for repairs and $6500 for knob and tube removal, Danielle knew this! Few weeks go by, Danielle checks in is Purchases and Sales agreement done? Asks few times. Last Wednesday get a short blunt email that Karen who works for Danielle got fired and our loan isn’t good after all we don’t have enough VA entitlement to cover loan??? This is after many times of us questioning loan. Its ok though we’re thinking as Danielle had given us another loan option at start if process that used our $26k premium we’d paid as part of our rent to own agreement, so we’d have just a small amount to then put towards closing. But no Danielle won’t discuss this loan and offers a FHA or USDA loan which we don’t qualify for due to income and location of house. Didn’t you know this already Danielle? We sat a our dinner table and talked all about loans we did and didn’t qualify for and how much we had in savings! Now panicked as we close in 22 days Danielle offers us a loan for $38k or $27k down not to include our premium??? And a 2nd loan to cover money we don’t have? What? We had agreed on loan type 2 months ago, if this was offer then we would have looked at other options and never started a Purchase and Sales agreement until an underwriter had ok’d a loan. Remember we live in this house with our grandson who relies on us to provide him with a home!! After what first started as we thought a trusting caring relationships, Danielle gave us a take it or leave it ultimatum! With a cold sorry and its all Karen’s fault! Really Danielle you weren’t responsible to make sure your clients who trusted you loan application was being processed properly??? After frantically looking for other loan options so we don’t lose the house we live in we found not 1 but 3 different companies who could process the loan you said we could do months ago. Guess what they don’t need $38k or $27k with 2 loans!! Its not that we got denied for a loan from you Danielle, you didn’t even process our loan. We are truly stunned, hurt and amazed how you went from caring to bait and switch tactics thinking we would have no other choices. Shame on you!
