  Dana was so easy to work with and answered all of our questions as first time home buyers. She made the experience as stressless as possible.   The honesty and integrity that Dana displayed was phenomenal! She told me to listen and I trusted her judgement and experience, when any situations arose that I didn't understand she was patient and understanding, while explaining to me what was needed to be done. Extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Although I never want to go through this again (I hate moving), if I did I would contact her again. Her people person skills are dynamic!

  I have recently had the opportunity to once again to work with Dana, as I have done on approx 17 property mortgages over the past 15 years.   I literally cold called Dana on a week night at 7pm, probably poor judgement of my part. I should have probably called her another day at a more reasonable time. She politely answered the phone and immediately started to gather information to begin the loan application process as I was eager to take advantage of some of the historically low interest rates. Throughout the loan process she was always professional and communicated just the right amount of detail to fully explain things to me without cluttering my brain with details that I don’t need to know. I am now in my forever home and God willing I will never move again, but if I do I will definitely contact Dana. I would highly recommend her services.
