  Alex and the FitzGerald team hit it out of the park. They worked so quickly to ensure we could settle 3 weeks after signing the contract. Alex answered all of my questions, often taking emails, texts, and calls throughout the day. We were in good hands throughout the whole buying process: from having offer letters in hand before seeing any house, and that handy excel spread sheet of lending options, to settlement.   Natalie could not possibly be more helpful. She guided us along throughout our refinancing process perfectly. Anytime we needed her or had any questions, she was impeccably responsive.   I think Curt Hall may actually care more about my mortgage than I do. Over the last 6 years, my wife and I have purchased two homes, and refinanced once with Curt. Our new home had a $5000 incentive to use the builder's mortgage company, but I was more comfortable having Curt handle our finances, and he got us a better package overall anyway. Curt and I have spent HOURS on the phone discussing all the what-ifs. What I really appreciate about Curt is that when he's not 100% sure of an answer, he doesn't "sales guy" something up and push towards a product he knows, he will honestly tell you he's not sure and will find the answer and get back to you. Curt is a busy guy and isn't always able to answer every phone call, but he always follows up. Curt has been a guest of honor at our house warming parties, and he always brings a nice gift! If I could give Curt 10 stars, I would!!! Thank you Curt, I'll see you when it's vacation house time!
