  I have gone through Darren Ferlisi multiple times for my mortgage. Over the past 10 years I have purchased two homes and refinanced three times with him. Darren is always incredibly helpful and honest. He is never pushy and he helps you look at your options and to understand them. There were times that I looked at refinancing and Darren helped me look at the whole picture. Although I would have gotten a lower interest rate I would not have saved money in the long run. He was very honest and helpful in these situations. I have always recommended Darren to anyone who has asked, and I will continue to do so.

  We used Darren's services for two mortgage products and thought he and his staff provided excellent customer service and responsiveness to all our questions. Darren especially was top notch! If we had questions he got back to us almost immediately and never made us feel like we were bugging him or asking stupid questions. This kind of service is hard to find these days.   Darren and his team helped me secure a mortgage for a new construction home. This was the 2nd time I've gotten a mortgage, and my first time working with Darren. What a difference! Darren and his team were fantastic to work with. They were very responsive and communicative. I new exactly what I needed to do and by when to secure the mortgage. I even knew all finalized details a week before closing, which was fantastic (with my previous mortgage broker, I didn't even know if I had secured the loan until the day of closing). I cannot recommend Darren and Integrity Home Mortgage enough. They made one of the most stressful parts of home buying (for me anyway) and smooth process. Thank you Darren (we love our house btw)!

  I've been through 3 home purchases and this was my first with Darren and his team. Before closing day, I had all the numbers worked on and I was fully prepared for closing ahead of time. Darren and his team answered all my questions within a short amount of time and walked me through the entire process from Pre-Approval to closing and post-loan activities.
