  I can honestly say Dan Mendoza is one of the BEST real estate agents, without a doubt in my mind. My job relocated from California to South Carolina and I asked Dan to help me sell my home quickly. He sold it in SIX DAYS!!! He even went over and above to help me with all the final details of the sale from out of state. His honesty and integrity are without reproach.   Dang, Thanks Jeff for the raving review, but with clients such as you and Denise willing to work it out and make things happen (well you can pat yourself on the back) It took some work and extra running around but that's what my clients expect from me, As in the time that I didn't agree with the termite report and got a 2nd opinion which came in $2000 cheaper. He was able to sell their condo at a great price and find them a really cute home in Buena Park, with a pool!   I hired Dan to sell my home and buy a new home and he was a really on top of getting things done and making sure that things went smoothly with the loan officer and escrow officer and he took care of issues that came up you can tell that he was experienced and knowledgable.
