  We bought our home with Brooklyn Financial last August and had the opportunity to work with Kevin Brady. We had a great experience and would recommend Brooklyn financial to all. Kevin was super friendly and patient, willing to explain all of the home buying terminology and process. He found us a great house and 6-months later, we were able to refinance and lower our mortgage payment. Kevin called us at the 6-month mark and notified us of the refinance. He’s been so helpful throughout both processes and we will continue to work with Brooklyn financial for all our real estate and refinancing needs!

  Kevin and the Brooklyn Financial team are hands down the best group of mortgage professionals I’ve come across in the industry. Kevin is big on educating and guiding his clients through the home buying or refinancing process. Brooklyn Financial definitely understands that getting a mortgage loan isn’t a “one size fits all” type of procedure. Kevin understands certain clients have different needs and how certain programs will benefit some and other programs will benefit others. Not only do I recommend them from a professional point of view and as a realtor who has been working with Kevin for over 3 years now as a realtor partner, but I’ve also used Kevin twice myself as a purchaser and twice for a refinance as well. Amazing company with amazing results.

  I recently purchased my first home with the help of Brooklyn Financial. I did not qualify the first time around; but unlike the previous lender I went to, they made a game plan for me to qualify. Thanks to Brooklyn Financial and their team I was able to become a homeowner and the process went by very smooth. Brooklyn Financial is always available when you need them to answer any questions or concerns and not to mention; they have amazing customer service! They are people you can trust.   I was an unexpected first time home buyer with no experience or knowledge about the process of buying a home. My family and I had no choice but to leave our childhood home because we were only renting and the owner wanted to make some changes. Kevin and his team were respectful and most importantly so helpful in the process of buying a home. They really made sure they explained everything thoroughly to ensure trust and comfort. I did not think it would be possible, but Kevin and his team took on the challenge and did everything to assure my family and I would have a home as soon as possible! Kevin was professional and polite (and bilingual), so he made sure everyone involved in the process knew exactly was going on. Another person on his team, David, helped us look at houses on the market that matched our needs and location as close as possible. David was polite and professional, and made sure to answer any questions we had when looking at houses. Although I did not meet Amir in person, I had a lot of contact with him via email in regards to the paperwork needed from my family and I to fund our home loan. Amir helped us by keeping us on track with the paper work needed throughout the process of buying of a home. Everyone that my family and I came in contact with at Brooklyn financial was polite, knowledgeable, and quick to respond about any questions we had. Starting the process did not take a lot of time, and my family and I really felt like these guys went out of their way to help us. The customer service was beyond exceptional!   Working with Kevin was the best decision we made. Being a first time home buyer comes with a lot of questions and challenges but my husband and I were very fortunate to work with him. He is very thorough and makes sure you understand all details and numbers. We got EVERYTHING he promised and more! Marvely thank you for keeping us on our toes.   I really don’t know where to start because I have so many wonderful things to say about Brooklyn Financial . Buying a home is not an easy process, but it was with David our loan officer. David comes with a lot of knowledge , expertise , wisdom and experience which allows anyone buying a home to trust that you’re in good hands. Although I came with a bit of knowledge, working with David taught me even more making the process easier and tolerable . I aggressively shopped around and my realtor gave me a few recommendations, and then I found Brooklyn Financial. They provided me with the best options and rates that worked great for someone not trying to put a huge down payment up front. Kevin and Amir helped me from start to finish and we're very responsive throughout the whole process and answered a lot of my questions and made me feel confident about my decision as a home buyer. They were honest and patient with me which was huge for me because this was the biggest purchase of my life so I wanted to make sure everything made sense before proceeding.
