  Awesome bank and awesome service! This company is a smaller company compare to chase and Bank of America but overall the service is absolutely tremendous. Ever since I opened my account with them I continue to come here because of the nice service! Bank of hope for the win!

  Poor customer service! Not kind. A manager should train the employees for more knowledge and wisdom. Whenever I go this branch, every woman except man is not kind. I used go to Cerritos branch. Everyone is kind and fill out the deposit form, too.

  She is so impressed. And don't say hello. If they greet you, they are quiet and forced to do it alone.

  Terrible services. This place is the worst bank in this area. A place you never want to go again because of its arrogant and disrespectful staff. A bank notorious for being unfriendly around. I want to report it to Headquater.
