  Dan with Fountain Mortgage did an amazing job in helping us secure a mortgage for our new home. Dan was always very professional and knowledgeable, always taking the time to explain the loan process in ways that I could understand. Best part was when I called him with one of my many questions he actually answered his phone…Wow! No one does that these days, especially not on weekends or late in the evening. Dan was right there with us through the entire process, including showing up to closing to ensure everything went through without a hitch. Thank you Dan for helping educate us on the process, answering our trivial questions and not selling us, but instead being a valued partner through the process. This won’t be the last home we buy but You and your TEAM will be the last mortgage lender we ever use.

  Dan and his team did a great job. We moved from Idaho to Lees Summit which is not easy. But Dan and his team was able to help on this end. We were able keep our original interest rate. Even after they began to soar. Can't wait until we can move into our new house in Greenwood.

  Through the whole process Dan was kind, communicative, knowledgeable, helpful, and appropriate in every way that you would hope and expect. Perfect, 5 stars, just what you want. On closing day, however, when a snafu suddenly threatened to bring the entire enterprise to disaster, he (along with his associate, realtor Emily Teasley-Knox) almost literally flew to Nepal to move Everest and get us in our home on schedule. Call Dan at Fountain (and Emily at ReMax!). Nobody else would have done for us what he (and she) did.
