  I retained Daggett Shuler after being struck by a vehicle while cycling. Michael and Tammy were a pleasure to work with. Mike is a very knowledgeable and down-to-earth gentleman that takes the time to explain the entire process and sets realistic expectations. I feel that he delivered the best possible outcome for my case. The entire staff is professional and courteous and go out of their way to make you feel welcome in the office.   Everyone I came in contact with was extremely friendly, professional, understanding, honest, caring, loyal and had my best interest at heart from the very beginning. I truly enjoyed the aspect of knowing the people that worked with me were my spiritual brothers and sisters. With the nature of my case and the things I learned on my journey, Doug Nauman set the tempo and then introduced me to the litigation attorney, Michael Clark that took the torch on in and came out on top for me. I cannot leave out Rana Holcomb who is Michael’s assistant and an absolutely a Great one whom Mike appreciates very much. She kept me from stressing, explained things to me and was very understanding and patient. She was just a Jewel. Cindy who negotiated extremely well was kind and all of the young ladies at the front treated me with kindness, always had a beautiful smile and their personalities were contagious. Please charge my mind and not my heart for not being able to remember all names, but I definitely remember faces. I didn’t get an attorney in the very beginning, because of not knowing early on how bad my situation really was until pain started escalating from various places as well as memory loss. So, after the accident, I didn’t seek an attorney until after a little over a year. They accepted my case and went to work for me until the end.   Wonderful , professional, people. I had a stigma about lawyers, that they were like those seedy characters on TV. But when I was injured at work I was forced to contact a lawyer. i saw the TV commercial for Daggett and Shuler and felt like i would give these guys a chance. Wow! not what I expected at all! Very professional and honest, not dog eat dog like I expected. They handled my case nicely and just took over all the things i had been tying to cover and handle myself so that i could focus on getting well. They waded through the impossible regulations and paperwork of the Workers Compensation claim and got me a handsome settlement. Not to mention the constant support i received while this process took place. I would highly recommend Daggett and Shuler to anyone who has need of legal representation.   After being in an automobile accident and undergoing surgery, I was very nervous about dealing with the at fault driver’s insurance. Therefore, I hired Dagget Shuler Attorneys. I cannot put into words just how much I appreciated all that they did for me. I had enough to deal with from the surgery and didn’t need any additional stress thrown on me. Needless to say, their perseverance, hard work and attention to detail led to me being able settle my case in a positive manner.   I wouldn't want anyone else taking care of my case. They worked extremely hard. There communication is on point and were updating me about my case on a regular basis. They answered any and all questions I had. They were extremely polite and considerate. These are the best people to help solve your cases.

  i felt unimportant and my case wasn’t valuable enough to get basic information and help. I understand that they are a big business and they have other clients but this is the worst costumer service and communication i’ve ever had! they didn’t communicate with me for 8 months during the process ( a 12 month process from start to finish) and over all i was in the dark about serval things. my credit score dropped 92 points and i had to come out of pocket 1 thousand of my own money to make sure it didn’t drop even more and i wasn’t reimbursed for it, at the end of the day i hope to God i’m not into another accident but if i am i won’t be contacting them. I don’t know if it was because i’m 21 or a hispanic male for the reason of this treatment and i was respectful towards even even after they treated me like this but overall i’m glad i signed the payout today and i can forget this company. God bless your business though.

  Employees have always responded to my every question, always very knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions and concerns. The team is very professional and have always handled my needs and would not just let the issues linger until they could get to it. Attorney John Koontz was very helpful and informative during my hearing.
