Patricia was also just as helpful. I am not sure if she is part of Prosperity but I would also recommend Katie T. for your relator, simply the BEST! They all even worked around MY schedule.   We worked with Todd Huss out of the Charleston, SC area for a VA loan. Working with Todd was incredible! He made the process very easy and transparent.
