  I hardly ever write reviews, but I had to make an exception in this case. Robbie Gardner with Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group came highly recommended after I was having issues with the lender I had been using. After speaking with him for a few minutes, I decided on the spot that I was switching lenders, and I never looked back. He has been amazing to work with, and he answered my beginner-level questions with respect and kindness. I was always well-informed of where we were in the process, and I will openly recommend him to anyone who has a mortgage need. My family and I will certainly use him for all our mortgage needs going forward. I can't say enough about my experience. Wonderful!

  From the moment I called Robbie Gardner he was informative, organized, and on top of everything. He would call me when he had updates, explain the estimates thoroughly, and answer all of my questions. I'm a first time home buyer doing FSBO and he made sure I understood each step and what I needed to do next. He was competitive in his rates and ensured that he could do anything in his power to get me the best deal possible. Robbie is who I would recommend to anyone!!

  We had a wonderful experience with Laura Wise and her team. They were extremely efficient, professional, knowledgeable, timely, and courteous.   I didn’t know it took 6 months to refinance? Anyway horrible experience. Will never use them. Livid at the fact it was my time wasted. Started my refinance December 2020 with an interest rate of 2.8 and come to find out in May they didn’t even start my refinance. Decided to go elsewhere due to the fact that the managers best interest rate for me is 4% at Atlantic Bay after being dragged along so long. I was patient enough but 6 months is unprofessional and it’s sad that nobody was held accountable but me especially after being told it was a 30- 60 day type of process. Thanks to Atlantic Bay I lost real good opportunities from other lenders at the time interest rates were low. I will not waste your time here.
