  I came in to get some cash and they made a very small, little human error mistake. I called and their call center and they answered within seconds. They connected me with the people inside the physical location who fixed it immediately without hesitation. We're all human and so we should expect and plan for minor mistakes to be happen. What's important is knowing how to respond to those in a good way. They did a great job. Cyprus is the first bank I ever opened an account with and I've been happy since. Very happy with my experience today.

  Great experience. I went in for help with my account and Gelise was so helpful and kind! She fixed it with no trouble and contacted me as soon as it was done. I’m very impressed with the service here.

  Worse customer service I have ever experienced. a Telle by the name of Gileese Placed a closed sign in front of me and my wife's face because we politely asked a question we did not understand. Gileese said she was the Manager when I asked to see a manager after the sign was rudely tossed up in my face!! I withdrew my cash transaction and will not return!!

  I was there during shift change and a manager was willing to help me right away since I didn't need cash.

  I came in for an auto loan and ended up opening an account here as well because of the great service we received from Gelise. Would definitely recommend this company and this branch.

  Very uneducated on banking it was a hassle on just a simple deposit my wife's parents have done banking for a very long time 20+years and when I told them what the teller was doing and did, they responded that's suspicious and very bizarre and to keep a eye on my account the teller that I worked with left before I can get a name

  Opens at 9:00 tried to call to set up my loan payment and got ignored. Not acceptable.
