  Their company is so unprofessional! I had a manager talk to me in a very rude manner. No compassion for what life changes have done to their client mental or physical state of mind. Just "I understand you can't afford your car" is how he greeted me on the phone when I called to talk with them about an unforseen accident I was in. I can't wait to be done with them!

  I can't thank Prestige enough for helpinf me build my credit back up. They were beyond a good, fair and grateful co. to have me as a customer and I will be grateful to them for their help. What company sends a gift from the President of the co. extending a "Thank you"? Never happened before.

  Prestige financial has been a blessing to me. At the time of my loan origination i was in the middle of chapter 7 and they gave me the opportunity to purchase my vehicle and helped put me in position to repair my credit and after 2 years i have no regrets. i look forward to a continued relationship in the future.

  Account person Sarah is so difficult to work with at all I had to make 5 calls and finally have someone else take my payment. I do not in anyway at all recommend this company. Their people will argue with you and not take payments and then they will argue and grossly interrupt you when you are making an argument. If you tell them you need access to your pay stub before making a payment arrangement they will tell you they are documenting that you are refusing to make an arrangement with them. Very Very bad company!

  Great company in terms of customer service and personal accommodations for financial hardships. The bad thing about the company are their high rates. They do; however, have a rate reduction program which allows clients to receive a lower rate as the loan progresses.

  When other Financial Companies passed on helping me, Prestige moved to the front of the pack to help me get my credit rebuilt and offers a great a program to reward people that pay on time or early. Reduce my interest on my loan with ease! Thanks...
